Start your MSP account
Start an MSP account, connect a customer with administrator consent, read the first scan and assign the first work item.
TenantVigil only reads your Microsoft 365 tenant. It never changes a setting: you apply each fix yourself.
Need a hands-on starting point?
Start with one tenant or talk to the team if you want help evaluating fit, permissions, or rollout approach.
Choose your entry route
Use the Start as an MSP action on the public site when self-serve MSP entry is on, or the assisted Talk to us about MSP route when it is not. The site selects the route from the current setting; you do not choose a hardcoded link.
MSP Provider is $799 per month, billed annually, for up to 10 customer tenants. More than 10 customers go through sales. This guide does not promise a live payment or checkout step.
Connect the first customer
A customer administrator signs in with Microsoft and completes administrator consent. The tenant is linked to your MSP only after that consent succeeds.
Consent can be incomplete when a permission is missing or the admin does not finish. Treat incomplete consent as incomplete, not as a failed scan. The customer can reconnect or add the missing permission later.
Read the first scan
After consent, TenantVigil runs the first scan. Review the customer's findings and scoped inventory. A check TenantVigil could not read is listed as not read, never as passing.
TenantVigil checks 90+ security checks across the catalogue. The rounded number comes from the same source the product uses; it is not a promise that every check is readable for every customer.
Assign staff and the first work item
Invite staff into bounded partner roles. Partner admins see every customer the MSP owns; members see only assigned customers.
Pick an owned work item for the first customer, or open one from a finding. Review the exact plan before any change is approved.
Next action
Connect a customer tenant, then assign staff to customers.
- Connect a customer tenant
- Assign staff to customers
- Plan a change and read its receipt
