Connect Datto Autotask
Supply your Autotask API credentials in the signed-in setup, review customer mappings, and sync linked tickets and public replies.
TenantVigil only reads your Microsoft 365 tenant. It never changes a setting: you apply each fix yourself.

What connects
TenantVigil connects to Datto Autotask once your MSP supplies its own Autotask API credentials in the signed-in connector setup. You provide an API-only user, secret, integration code and API resource ID.
No customer or partner credential appears in a public example or form. Keep your API secret out of ticket URLs and messages.
Review the mapping
Before syncing, review the customer, company, contact and status mappings. A version conflict or an unmapped field needs review before it can sync.
The connector does not promise all-ticket, assignment, task or attachment synchronisation. It creates linked tickets and exchanges public replies and mapped statuses after each customer and case is approved.
Read the delivery
The Integrations page shows webhook delivery receipts and any delivery log you have enabled. A queued or retried event stays visible rather than failing silently.
Use the partner API and signed webhooks to connect other tools. The native PSA connector described here is Datto Autotask.
