Connect customer work to your stack
Connect Datto Autotask after reviewing each customer and case, issue expiring scoped API keys for customer-data reads, and send signed support and posture events to your HTTPS receiver with durable retries.
Signed webhook
support.request.created
Destination
hooks.example.com/tenantvigil
It has to fit the tools you already run.
Tickets split across tools, and replies get copied by hand.
What you get
Reviewed linked Autotask cases
Create linked Autotask tickets and exchange public replies and mapped statuses after reviewing each customer and case.
Scoped API
Issue expiring keys for versioned customer-data reads and optional support-reply and status updates.
Signed webhooks
Send signed support and posture events to your configured HTTPS receiver, with durable delivery retries.
How it works
- 1
Connect Autotask
Supply your Autotask API credentials, then review each customer and case mapping before syncing.
- 2
Sync the work
Create linked Autotask tickets and exchange public replies and mapped statuses after each case is approved.
- 3
Connect other tools
Issue expiring scoped API keys and send signed support and posture events with durable retries.
Schedule or trigger approved customer-work previews and give technicians manual runbook checklists.
What needs setup
Autotask needs your API credentials, customer mapping and case approval. Native actions still need Microsoft permissions and registered callbacks.
Limits
The native PSA connector described here is Datto Autotask.
The Autotask sync does not establish all-ticket, assignment, task or attachment synchronization.
