Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of TenantVigil, including plan usage, customer responsibilities, acceptable use, and the operational limits of the service.
Acceptance and authority
By accessing or using TenantVigil, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms and any applicable ordering documents.
What the service does
TenantVigil provides Microsoft 365 security posture assessments, reporting, guided remediation context, framework mapping, and related monitoring workflows. The product is intended to help customers understand and manage security posture — it is not a substitute for the customer’s own operational, legal, compliance, or security decision-making.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, TenantVigil is designed around read-only assessment access by default. Customers remain responsible for the actions they take in their Microsoft 365 environment based on findings or recommendations from the service.
Accounts, tenant access, and customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your sign-in methods, and ensuring that you only connect tenants and data you are authorised to manage.
- Maintain appropriate administrative controls in Microsoft 365, including MFA and least privilege.
- Review permissions granted to TenantVigil before connecting a tenant.
- Validate remediation steps and business decisions before making production changes.
Acceptable use
You may not use TenantVigil to violate law, infringe rights, probe or interfere with other customers, bypass security controls, or attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the service.
We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the platform, customers, or third parties.
Fees, billing, and plan changes
Current published plans are Free ($0), Business ($199 per tenant per month, billed annually), and MSP Provider ($799 per month, billed annually, covering up to 10 managed tenants — more than 10 by contacting sales).
Paid access is governed by the applicable pricing, subscription terms, and any order or commercial agreement in place at the time of purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.
We may change plan packaging, pricing, or included limits prospectively. If we do, we will apply those changes according to the terms of the relevant plan or renewal cycle.
Availability, support, and changes
We work to keep TenantVigil reliable and useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every finding, integration, or framework mapping will be error-free in all cases.
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption to active customers.
Intellectual property, confidentiality, and feedback
TenantVigil and its underlying software, content, and product materials remain our property or the property of our licensors. You retain rights in your own data and customer-generated content.
If you share feedback, suggestions, or feature requests with us, we may use them without restriction or obligation unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Disclaimers, liability, and termination
TenantVigil is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Security posture outputs are informational and operational in nature, and should be reviewed in the context of your own environment and risk tolerance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Either party may terminate the service in accordance with the applicable plan, agreement, or notice requirements. Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@tenantvigil.com.
